History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Purah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Edge lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Performer, and she later adopted a second son.
