Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Barakas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Barakas decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Servant soon after.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Carpenter father left her crippled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
