History: Anbera was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born to a Apothecary, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Shamil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Armorer. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Armorer for the past few years.
Motivation: Expand her business; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Fulbar hails from a village terrorized by drow. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Shamil was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Bookbinder. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has money and likes to spend it
