Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Grom began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her yellow fur is knotted and matted. Her copper eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in the east to a Sellsword, Leaf learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vadania fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is greedy

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Pelt was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a warhammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has worked as a Dilettante like her father before her.
