Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Ploughman business.

History: Vorka lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken from her home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Vorka and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Quarion was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Servant profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bucklal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bucklal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Brewer for the past few years.

History: Sannl was born the youngest of three triplets. Sannl was a troubled youth. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Elysande was born with her father's beautiful face. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
