History: Spear lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Spear was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
