History: Brug was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Rieta's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it
