History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Fallthra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fallthra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
