History: Nalral was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Robbie learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it, and carries axes. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balifra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Knight, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Claira studied abroad. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Nogu was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nogu's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nogu and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
