History: She was born in the north. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Astaro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Astaro was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Server. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born in the south to a Server, Merla learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
