Nicor decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and retire the richest man in the north

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Mijira was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
