Kaladan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. She now mingles about in high society.
