History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gorbundus was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: Hecat is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Hecat is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Hecat lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spy and was forced into it by her family; and she feels kind of lost in life
