History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Baz was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When Ilga reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ethereal's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Ethereal lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Smoking was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Smoking took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She struck the Carter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and sabotage a competitor
