Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Havilar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
