History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
