Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Morkral is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: Phann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born to a Sailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tailor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pyra grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
