Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Rhogar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. After a long history of fighting, Ulfgar and his spouse have recently divorced.
