Description: She usually wears her brown robe and has her warhammer always slung over her shoulder. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her black hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. His white hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture
