History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Eva reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Portia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and balancing his hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kava was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kava. Being a Engraver kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the west to a Sage, Dara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
