Kristryd was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.

Description: He wears a fancy red suit. He carries a battered shortspear and tarnished longbow as well. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bookbinder business.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Performer, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Bellfounder soon after.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Barrister.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Priest soon after.
