History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: An older man who is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
