History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cartwright. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Stylist, but he got bored and became a Slave Trader. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Slave Trader for hire.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Leshanna grew up listening to her father's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and she's looking for her big break

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Roofer. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Silaqui was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Spice Merchant. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Silaqui fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and revenge
