History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. History: Barendd was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Barendd was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Barendd's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of a Mortician, who enjoyed hunting, Matilda was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Matilda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
