History: Gifted from a young age, Osah studied abroad. Osah liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rinn grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cairn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Heward embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ubada is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud
