History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Edge and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
