History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Osco grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Elegant was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barber. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter mother left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to be a interpreter again

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. He takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Portia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Portia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His crest is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Azzakh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he feels kind of lost in life
