History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Ielenia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He very much looks the part of a Brewer. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
