History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Frug reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Melech was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Ulblyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. After a long history of fighting, Ulblyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and sabotage a competitor

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a worn and beaten armor. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mumpena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
