History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 32. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, blue cloak. He has a very tight haircut. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Laucian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
