History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thervan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Gifted from a young age, Luthra studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Barbarian school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Luthra and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Eran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
