History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Andry's homeland. Andry decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
