History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Berrian reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
