Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

During her travels, Meena and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Meena discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Meena fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
