History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hatae grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nija is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is typically in his Fisher uniform. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Tiaathque is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mormo has worked very hard to control his curse. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: Taklinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.
