History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. Jocelyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Avice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Avice liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has worked as a Navigator like her mother before her.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
