His father taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Stylist. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Gynnie learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
