Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sapply will drive conversation. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Sapply and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Golm was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Margery was born with her father's beautiful face. Through the years after Margery was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Margery's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
