History: Cloud was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloud fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rohesia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Theriatis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Volen was born with her father's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
