Description: This man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his left hand. His crest is brass and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and carries spears. She has green crest. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Akra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is wracked by social anxiety
