The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vicky was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
