Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Wella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
