Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Ilanis began to lead the lost caravan. She became a Soapmaker soon after.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Kadana was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Boddynock was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has worked as a Bellfounder like her mother before her.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A gifted student she started as a Fisher, but she got bored and became a Guard. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
