History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a tan vest and prefers green and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Gennal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gennal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a bookbinder again
