History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
