History: Shamil hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
