History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Lone was born the youngest of three triplets. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants revenge against drow

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Barbena was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Eldeth has worked very hard to control her curse. After a long history of fighting, Eldeth and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
