Personality: She is fixated on the number 14. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Katherine does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Katherine was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When Katherine reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Torbera studied abroad. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: Gifted from a young age, Habor studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
