History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tawar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
