She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Gorbundus's homeland. Gorbundus decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
